The Search Continues …
If you have a good story to tell about Yowies, “Hairy Men” or “creatures
that walk the night” – we want to know of your experiences and the experiences
by others. You don’t have to an experienced writer to tell us about them – just
write (or type) them down in your own words – we’ll do the “literary”
corrections etc.
We are currently compiling a collection of stories to be called "Yowie Tales".
There are many amusing (and factual) reports still to be found and recognised - we already
have some great story contributions.
However, we feel there are many more still untold – ones that you are aware of but
have refrained from telling because of a fear of being ridiculed. Take it from us –
we won’t ridicule!
All contributions will be acknowledged if requested.
Photographs will be of exceptional importance.
Stories chosen for the files will be examined by a panel who love "Yowie"
stories. True stories will be given first preference. We will even consider fictionalised
stories as long as they are labelled indicating that fact.
All contributions must include the name, address, phone, email etc for future contact. If
you have dates and places and when and where these occurred, these should also be
included. Your details will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed
without the contributors consent.
